Commercial painting is different from a house repaint. Tenants stay open and deadlines are firm. The finish also has to hold up to traffic, cleaning and sun, so we plan the schedule, the protection and the cleanup around those conditions.

Stucco Coatings
Stucco is the standard exterior for buildings across Albuquerque and Santa Fe, and coating it starts with prep. We pressure wash, patch cracks with an elastomeric crack filler, then spray and back-roll a 100% acrylic coating so it works into the surface.

Painting Occupied Spaces
We offer evening and weekend scheduling for occupied spaces, so you do not have to close for a fresh coat and your staff and customers can keep working. Before we start, we set up containment, cover floors and fixtures, and agree with you on which areas we take first.
We clean up at the end of each day. When the painting is finished, we walk the space with you, make a punch list and close out every item on it before we call the job done.
Santa Fe Commercial Painting
Santa Fe buildings ask for a different approach than most of Albuquerque. Pueblo-revival and adobe-style stucco is part of the city’s look, and we coat it carefully to keep its texture and the character of the building. Winter freeze-thaw cycles can open hairline cracks, so we repair them and use flexible coatings before painting.
In a historic district, color choices may need review. The owner handles that process, and we can help with samples and keep the schedule moving. In the Plaza area or anywhere else in Santa Fe, we walk the building first and write up what it needs.

Built for High-Desert Sun and Monsoon

- Schedule. We plan the order of work, including nights or weekends if needed.
- Prep and containment. We protect floors and fixtures, wash, scrape, patch and prime.
- Painting. We apply the agreed coatings, spraying and back-rolling where it improves the finish.
- Cleanup and punch list. We clean daily, then walk the space with you and fix what is left.
