In Memoriam - Andy Warren, Founder

Justin Williams, Regional Manager

Justin began his career in the Army and has served our country proudly during multiple tours overseas. After his career in the Army he worked as a General Manager for Arizona Painting Company in Tucson. He grew his team into one of the highest rated painting companies in Tucson and now oversee’s multiple different locations throughout New Mexico and Arizona.

Bill Borchers, Foreman

Bill has been with Andy’s Painting for over 20 years. Bill plays an integral part at the company and is involved in estimating and project management. Bill also leads our cabinet painting division, ensuring that our customers receive a beautiful finish on their painted cabinets.

Andie Warren, Estimator and Administrative Assistant

Andie is the Assistant Administrator of Andy’s Painting, and one of the main estimators at the company. She enjoys working alongside her older sister Nevin and feels a great sense of accomplishment for continuing the family-run business. She loves meeting new customers and establishing relationships with them.

Fermin Becerra, Foreman

Fermin began his career in painting in 2008 after working as a carpenter and has been with Andy’s Painting since 2014. Fermin’s favorite painting project was painting the Macy’s department store. The store was operational, surrounded by expensive merchandise, and the crew executed the project perfectly.

Joe Neumann, Foreman

Joe has been with Andy’s Painting since 2017 and brings over 20 years of experience. Joe is a skilled sprayer and often tackles challenging spray projects for the company. He is detail oriented and enjoys doing a good painting job every time.

Sergio Orozco-Ortiz, Foreman

Sergio brings 20 years of experience to the Andy’s Painting team. Sergio started with Andy’s Painting in 2012 and has grown alongside the company. As a foreman, he helps oversee a wide range of residential and commercial projects. One of Sergio’s areas of expertise is painting cabinets.

Eric Maestas, Painter

Eric has been painting for over 30 years and has been with Andy’s Painting since 2016. One of his favorite jobs was a large home interior that required a good deal of spray and detail work. While painting comes easy to Eric, he also loves the challenge that it can bring at times.
