Interior Painting

Exterior Painting
UV fade, monsoon splash, and chalking paint on stucco, fascia, and trim. Power wash, scrape, patch, prime bare spots, then finish with coatings built for this climate. We flag soft wood before we open a can.
Cabinet Painting
Kitchen and bath cabinets without a full remodel. Doors and drawer faces degreased, sanded, primed, and sprayed for a hard finish that holds up to daily use. Boxes painted in place.
Stucco Coatings
Elastomeric coatings over existing stucco when the wall is tired and still sound. Thick, flexible finish that bridges hairline cracks better than thin house paint. We coat; we do not rebuild failed stucco systems.
